Slide Gate Plate Introduction
Slide Gate Plate are installed on the ladle’s bottom for regulating the flow of liquid steel from Ladle to Tundish. These are special refractories and should be treated with caution. Failure could lead to a severe catastrophe.

Our zirconia insert for the slide gate plate is made of the high purity of e-fuzed zirconia grain and powder, stabilizer, bonding agent, through the world advanced full automatic system fully mixing, drying, inspecting, pressing, inspecting, sintering, Inspecting,Polishing Inspecting, etc. series complex process, then packed into the fumigation wooden box with the client's information printed well, deliver to the china mainland and oversea from our factory.
The Bonding way is the zirconia ring insert into the alumina-c or magnesia-c, etc. body by the refractory mortar.
